C. Four body, massive, bassine, polished. Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with center seconds and sunk subsidiary dials with Roman numerals, for the two time zones. Blued steel spade hands. M.19?, frosted and gilt, 18 jewels, counterpoised, adjustable straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with the Patek Philippe patented micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 53 mm.
