C. Four body, massive, demi-bassine, polished, the cover with the applied gold monogram "PN". Gold cuvette. D. Three piece, white enamel, with Breguet numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold Louis XVI hands. M. GiIt brass, 20 jewels, counterpoised adjustable straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with Patek Philippe patented micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In excellent condition. Diam. 50 mm.
