Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 823494, case No. 503260, circa 1933. Very fine and rare, early, octogonal, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch.

C. massive, polished, stepped, hooded lugs. D. twotone silver and gold, with painted Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 10? rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 25 x 33 mm.
