Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 823467, case No. 617257, circa 1934 . Very fine and rare, 18 ct white and yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch.

C. massive, polished, dedicated back, bi-colour, extended lugs, one of them in white gold, in U. D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. "Bâton" hands. M. 10? rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 26 mm.
