Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 821239, case No. 618276, circa 1931, probably sold in 1938. Extremely fine and rare, early, "World Time", 18ct pink gold gentleman's wristwatch, with 18ct pink gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp.

C. massive, polished, revolving reeded bezel bearing the names of 31 towns in the world, straight lugs. D. mat silver, with painted Roman nmerals, concentric, revolving dial in 24 hours for the noctural and diurnal hours. "Bâton" blued steel hands. M.10"' rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 28 mm.
