Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 198079, case No. 291298, circa 1924, Ebauche de Victorin Piguet. Extremely fine and rare, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with single button chronograph and register.

C. massive, polished, hinged back, gold dome. D. mat silver, with painted Breguet numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials. at 12 and 6 o'clock, "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. 12"' rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring, the button on the winding-crown is for start-stop and return to zero functions of the chronograph, sliding stem on the band for locking the chronograph functions of the winding-crown. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 34 mm.
