Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, No.44892, case No.44892, specially made for Carlos Gondolo, Rio de Janeiro in 1875, commissioned to be presented to Dr. Emilio Arthur Ribeiro da Fonseca. Unusual 18 ct. gold keyless watch.

C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets" with engine-turned back and reeded band. Gold cuvette engraved with a dated dedication (small hair cracks). D. White enamel with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, marked with the name of the owner and the date. Gold "spade" hands. M. 18'", nickeled with "fausses côtes" decoration, 15 jewels, gold train of wheels, straight line lever escapement "à moustaches", cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Signed on the movement. In good condition. Diam. 49 mm.
