"Steel Calatrava" Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, "Calatrava," No. 924071, case No. 629950. Made circa 1943. Very fine and rare, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives.
C. Three-body, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concave lugs. D. Matte silver with applied steel Breguet numerals, guilloché subsidiary seconds dial. Luminous blued steel "baton" hands. M. Cal. 11 1/2''', stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, ?swan-neck? micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 31 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
