Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 832673, case No. 618007, circa 1938. Extremely fine and unusual, rectangular horizontal, 18 ct white and yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch.

C. massive, polished, bicolour, white gold bevelled bezel, pink gold hooded lugs with white gold stripes, bevelled crystal. D. mat silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals, "Feuille" gold hands. M. 9"'-90, tonneau, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 25 x 35 mm.
