Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 137952 , case No. 247269, made for Spaulding & C°, Chicago, circa 1906. Fine 18 ct. gold minute repeating keyless watch with split second chronograph and progressive 60 minute and hour recorders.

Four body massive "demi-bassine" polished case. Gold cuvette engraved with a dedication dated Xmas 1920. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer red Arabic minute and chronograph rings, subsidiary minute and hour registers. Gold Louis XV hands. Very fine rhodium plated 17" movement, "fausses côtes" decoration, 39 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a swan neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band, the split second chronograph with visible work , push pieces on the crown and the band, locking boit on the band. Signed "Spaulding" on the dial case and the movement, "Patek Philippe" on the movement. In very good condition. Diam. 47 mm.
