Four body massive "demi-bassine" polished case Gold cuvette engraved with the the special commission by Patek Philippe. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "pear" hands. GiIt brass 17" movement, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement "à moustaches", cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a Patek Philippe patented micrometric index. Signed on the dial, the case and the movement. In very good condition. Diam. 48 mm.
