Three body massive "demi-bassine" polished case with invisible hinges. Gold cuvette engraved with the special commission by Patek Philippe. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic minute ring and subsidiary seconds. Gold Louis XV hands. Fine nickel plated 17"' movement, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a swan neck micrometric index. Signed on the dial, the cuvette and the movement. In very good condition. Diam. 48 mm.
