Very fine 18 ct. pink gold and enamel dress watch. Massive three piece "bassine pincée" polished case, the back with a naval battle painted enamel scene after Willem van de Velde (1611-1693). Mat silver dial with applied gold Roman numerals, indexes and subsidiary seconds. Gold "feuilles" hands. Fine rhodium plated 16"' movement, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels monometallic balance with screws, self-compensating balance spring. Signed on the dial, the case and the movement. In excellent condition. Diam. 45 mm.
