C. Four body, massive, "bassine". Gold cuvette engraved with owners name and date 1904. D. White enamel, Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute and chronograph rings. Subsidiary dials for day, months, date (in red) concentric subsidiary seconds, moon phase with the age on the edge. Blued-steel "spade" and chronograph hands, gold calendar pointers. M. 19", "Special", nickelled with "fausse côtes" decoration, 37 jewels, counterpoised adjustable lever escapement with cut bimetallic balance, Breguet spring with swan-neck index. Repeating on gongs with slicle in the bancl. Visible chronograph work, push piece in the crown and split button in the band with locking boit. Signed dial, case and movement. In excellent condition. A similar watch is published, illustrated anci described in Patek Philippe Watches, page 229. The movement finish is of exceptionally high quality and it is interesting to note that the stop/stait part of the split seconds train is underneath the dial.
