Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold and red champlevé enamel keyless dress watch and a gold pin with three gold and enamel ?Calatrava? medals. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe morocco fitted box and the Extract from the Archives.

C. Four-body, polished, the bezel, pendant and border of the back cover decorated with a red champleve enamel geometric pattern called ?Torsade? by Patek Philippe. Hinged gold cuvette. D. Cream enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel ?Breguet? hands.
