Very fine, 18K gold and enamel, keyless hunting-cased pocket watch with Patek Philippe fitted box. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 19''', frosted gilt, bar caliber, 21 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, "moustache" lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, snail regulator.
