"Perpetual Calendar & Moon Phase" Patek Philippe & Co., Geneva, No. 174861. Made circa 1915. Very fine and rare, keyless pocket watch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and lunar calendar in a custommade 18K yellow case.
C. Three-body "bassine", polished, screwed-down bezels, transparent back, setting pins in the band. D. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months, the date in red concentric with seconds, aperture for the moon phases with lunar calendar at the edge. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 41 mm., 19''', rhodium-plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 20 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold temperature and meantime adjustment screws, 8 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.
