"The Arms of an Italian Count" Patek Philippe & Co., Genève, No. 86894, case No. 211410. Made in 1890, sold on July 28, 1893. A Geneva Observatory rating certificate was obtained on January 31, 1893. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold and painted on enamel keyless pocket chronometer with "EXTRA" movement. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Four-body, "forme collier", polished, the back cover decorated with a finely painted polychrome enamel coat of arms. Hinged gold cuvette. D. Cream-colored enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. 19''', frosted gilt "EXTRA", 21 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, Patek Philippe patented micrometer cam regulator, patented January 13, 1891.
