?Art Nouveau? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 119495, case No. 230409. Made circa 1900. Very fine, rare and unusual, keyless, 18K multi-colored gold, ruby, rose-cut diamond and enamel, Art Nouveau pendant watch with detachable matching pendant and brooch.

Four-body, solid, entirely ornamented with relief multi-colored gold floral decoration, translucent orangeenameled flower buds, the case back set with 2 rose-cut diamonds and a rectangular ruby, hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute track. Gold ?Louis XV? hands. M. Cal. 10???, maillechort, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement ?á moustache?, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, wolf?s tooth winding wheels, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 28 mm.
