C. Four-body, "demi-bassine", both covers entirely engraved, the front cover centered by an elaborate shield with initials in the middle, set against straight line engine-turning alternating with black champlevé enamel, foliate border, the front similar but with central flower vase, the band engraved in a repeated pattern, gold hinged cuvette. D. Silver with Roman numerals, applied gold scrolling decoration on the outer border, the center with an engraved flower rosette over engine-turning, subsdiary sunk seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 45,5 mm, nickel, "fausses côtes" decoration, 15 jewels, moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance-spring.Stamped with maker's stamp inside back cover, cuvette signed by the retailer.Diam. 54 mm.

It is rare to find such an elaborate case and dial made by Patek Philippe. These types of watches were almost always destined for the South American market and are extremely rare today. The ebauche used in this watch is found in the best quality Patek Philippe watches including their chronometers with spring detent escapement.
