C. Four-body, chased shell and scroll band and bezels, the back cover cast and chased with St. George and the dragon and the motto ?S. Georgivs Eqvitvm Patronvs?, the interior with a scene of Christ in ship on a rough sea and the motto ?Intempestate. Secvritas?. Hinged silver cuvette. D. Cast and chased silver with foliate decoration, white enamel oval cartouches with radial Roman numerals, outer white enamel minute track. Gold ?Louis XVI? hands. M. 38 mm., 17???, frosted gilt, bar caliber, 17 jewels, wolf?s tooth winding, straightline ?moustache? lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Cuvette signed. Case punched G.A.S. Diam. 47 mm.
