Three body massive "demi-bassine" case engraved overall, with diamond set bow and winding crown, Masonic symbols of the highest grades of the Free Masonry engraved on the back, and on the gold cuvette, the regular symbols are engraved on the dial, inside the back and the cuvette. Mat silver dial with applied gold Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds, decorated with engraved Masonic symbols. Gold Breguet hands. Fine rhodium plated 16? movement, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, two screwed settings, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a micrometric index. Signed Tiffany on the dial, both Patek Philippe and Tiffany on the movement. In good condition. Diam. 45 mm.
