Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 860423, case No. 615411. Made in 1938, sold on July 1, 1943. Very fine and elegant, thin, keyless platinum dress watch with two-tone dial and winding crown at 6 o'clock. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

Blued steel baton hands. M. 16???, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic compensation balance, flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 44 mm.
