Two-Tone Case Patek Philippe & Co., Geneva, Switzerland, No. 821181, case No. 607988. Made in 1929, sold on January 14, 1930. Very fine and very rare, rectangular wristwatch with 18K white and yellow gold case and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, rectangular, curved bezel, white gold sides and lugs, hinged dedicated back, deep crystal. D. Brushed silver with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold spade hands. M. 10''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator.
