Rouge Rosace Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 115830, case No. 230073. Made circa 1900. Very fine, keyless, 18K gold and red enamel lady's pendant watch. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted box, Extract from the Archives and original Certificat d'Origine.

Four-body, "bassine", the bezel and band overlaid with translucent guilloche "rouge rosace" enamel, the back cover overlaid with matching enamel and decorated with a gold paillon leaf border and a central engraved gold leaf rosette. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track, gold painted Arabic five-minute numerals. Gold Louis XV hands. M. Cal. 10???, rhodium-plated, fausses-côtes decoration, 15 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 28 mm.
