Minute-Repeating Split-Seconds Chronograph Patek, Philippe & Cie, Gen?ve, No. 125213, case No. 238185. Made for Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co., Philadelphia, in 1905, sold on September 7th, 1905. Very fine and rare, minute-repeating, keyless, 18K yellow gold pocket watch with split-seconds chronograph, register and "Special" movement. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Four-body, ?bassine?, solid, polished, curved rectangular pusher on the band for the split-seconds function, locking bolt at 11 o'clock. Dedicated hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel, painted Breguet numerals, outer minute and 1/5 seconds divisions with red Arabic 5-minute/seconds numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds and 60-minute register. Gold Louis XV hands. M. Cal. 16''', "Special", rhodium-plated, fausses c?tes decoration, 40 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Dial, case and movement signed Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co., movement signed Patek Philippe & Cie, case with Calatrava punch mark. Diam. 46 mm.
