Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 13305, case No. 13305, circa 1860. Rare 18-carat gold hunting cased early minute repeating watch with chronograph and instantaneous 30 minute recorder.
Four body massive "demi-bassine" engine turned case ( rubbed) with engraved band and borders, a coat of arms engraved on the cover, a monogram on the back. Gold cuvette engine turned on the edge. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and second rings, subsidiary seconds and minute register. Gold "pear" hands. 16"' gilt brass movement, 31 jewels, equilibrated, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balancespring. Repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band, the chronograph with visible work and a push piece on the band. In good condition. Diam. 48 mm.
