Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 97854, case No. 222155, circa 1891. Rare and good 18-carat pink gold minute repeating watch with independant striking train.

Four body massive "demi-bassine" polished case. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer red rabic minute ring and subsidiary seconds. Gold "Louis XV" hands. Fine 18"' nickel plated double train movement, " fausses-côtes" decoration, with differential winding, 35 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs, the repeating train released by means of a push piece on the pendant. In very good condition. Diam. 48 mm.
