Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 198244, case No. 416294, made in 1929 and sold to Ulsar Pictri on 27.7.1934, for Juan Vicente Gomez Hijo, son of the President of Venezuela. Extremely rare and fine 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with single button chronograph and register.

C. massive, polished, hinged back, dedicated gold dome. D. satined silver with applied gold Breguet numerals + auxiliary second and 30 minute register dials. "Spade" gold hands. M. 13"', Ebauche by Victorin Piguet, Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 25 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjust-ed to heat, cold, isochronism and to 5 positions, Breguet balance-spring. The winding-crown is also for start-stop and return to zero functions of the chronograph. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 34 mm.
