Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 27051, case No. 27051, made for A.M. Leach, sold on the 16.5.1867. Rare 18-carat gold hunting cased keyless watch with independant dead seconds.

Four body massive "demi-bassine" engine turned case (worn). Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and centre seconds. Blued steel "Spade" hands. 20' gilt brass, double train movement twin barrel with differential winding, 29 jewels (10 for the independant second machanism), equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balancespring. Independant second locking slide on the band. In good condition. Diam. 55 mm.
