Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 198012, case No. 290652, sold on the 4.1.1927. Extremely fine early and unique 18-carat gold "carré cambré" gentleman's wristwatch made for left handed wearers with single button split-seconds chronograph, and register.

C. shaped, massive, polished, gold dome, dedicated on the back and on the dome. D. mat silver with Breguet numerals + auxiliary 30 minute register and seconds dials. Concentric graduation for the minutes and the seconds. Breguet blued steel hands. M. 13' Ebauche by Victorin Piguet, rhodiumed, " fausses-côtes" decoration, 28 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, visible split-seconds system. The winding-crown is also for start-stop and re-turn to zero functions of the chronograph. The single button at "2 o'clock" controls the rattrapante hand only. The slotted slide-piece situated between the windingcrown and the push-button is used to completely block the use of the chronograph mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. 34 x 34 mm.
