Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 930872, case No. 654939, Ref. No. 605, sold on the 15.9.1950 Rare and fine 18-carat gold "World Time" dress watch with cloisonné enamelled dial.

' Variée" case with bevelled back. Dial with gold indexes and a polychrome planisphere, revolving chapter ring with night and day hours, outer mat silver ring bearing the name of 42 towns of the world revolving with the reeded gold bezel. Fancy gold hands. 16' Rhodium plated movement, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement adjusted in five positions, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring with swan neck micrometric index. In excellent condition. Diam. 45 mm.
