Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 174813, case No. 405490, sold on the 22.12.1922. Rare and very important 18-carat gold triple complication minute repeating moon phases astronomical watch with analogical perpetual calendar, split seconds chronograph and half instantaneous 30 minute recorder.

Massive four body "bassine" polished case with invisible hinges. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Empire Roman numerals, outer minute and second rings with semi-circular minute register below the age and moon phase aperture, subsidiary dials for days of the week, months and calendar with inner running seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. Very fine 19" rhodium plated movement, "faussescôtes" decoration, 39 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, 8 adjustments, Breguet balance-spring with swan neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band, visible split second mechanism with push-piece and locking bolt on the band, chronograph push piece on the winding crown. In very good condition. Diam. 55 mm.
