Timing contest 1921-1922, with 818 points. With photocopy of the Geneva Astronomical Observatory contest report. Highly important 18-carat gold pocket chronometer, one minute Tourbillon, the only piece ever made by Patek Philippe with a detent escapement.

Massive four body "bassine" polished case. Gold cuvette engraved with the awarded prize. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. "Spade" blued steel hands. Outstanding 20' rhodium plate movement "fausses-côtes" decoration, 16 jewels. Three equidistant armed polished steel carriage made by James Pella-ton. Spring detent escapement, 18000 beating, brass-Invar Guillaume balance. Three heat and cold isochronism and five position adjustments by J. Go-lay Audemars. Blued steel balance spring with terminal curve. In mint condition. Diam. 56 mm.
