The Deer Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 142292, case No. 251495. Made in 1907, sold on April 8, 1908. Very fine, hunting-cased, keyless, 18K pink gold pocket watch with high-relief decorated cover. Accompanied by the Extract of the Archives.
C. Four-body, ?bassine?, polished, the front cover cast and chased with a scene of two deer at the water?s edge in a landscape. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold Breguet hands. M. Cal. 20''', frosted gilt, 15 jewels, wolf?s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement a moustache, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed. Diam. 54 mm.
