Visconte Vittorio Turati ? Minute Repeater Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 137548, case No. 245334. Made in 1906, sold on September 18th, 1908. Very fine and rare, minute-repeating, 18K pink gold and polychrome enamel pocket watch, the cover with the arms of Visconti Turati. Accompanied by the original initialled box and the Extract from the Archives.
C. Four-body, ?demi-bassine?, polished, the back cover decorated in polychrome enamel with the coat of arms of Turati beneath a Viscount?s coronet. Hinged gold cuvette engraved ?Vittorio Turati? beneath a coronet. D. White enamel with dauphine numerals, outer minute track, red painted Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds with red 10-second numerals. Gold Louis XV hands. M. 18???, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 31 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
