Split-Seconds Chronograph Patek, Philippe & Cie., Genève, Switzerland, No. 137911, case No. 407906. Made in 1908, sold on September 18th, 1922. Very fine, 18K gold, keyless pocket watch with splitseconds chronograph and 30-minute register. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Four-body, "bassine", polished, the back with engraved initials "MBF", chronograph safety bolt on the band at 11 o'clock, concealed hinge. Hinged gold cuvette with engraved dedication. D. White enamel, radial Arabic numerals, outer minute and fifths of a second divisions with five-minute Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6, 30-minute register dial at 12 o'clock. Blued steel spade hands. M. 38 mm.,17''', rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 26 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, chronograph and split-seconds mechanisms set on the back plate, swan-neck micrometer regulator.
