C. four-body, "demi-bassine", "guilloché" back centered by a cartouche with the initials "AL", hinged gold cuvette. D. white enamel with Roman chapters, outer minute ring with five minute Arabic numerals, sunk auxiliary dial for the seconds. Gold "Spade" hands. M. 46.1 mm., matte gilded, 20 jewels, straight line "moustache" lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring controlled by Patek Philippe patented "cam" regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 56 mm.
