Art Deco Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, movement No. 196864, in an unsigned, possibly American, case made in the 1920?s. Very fine, rectangular, Art Deco white gold and diamond lady's wristwatch with a steel mesh strap.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, bezel set with 40 round brilliant cut diamonds, case back and sides engraved in a floral pattern. D. Matte silver with painted radial Breguet numerals. Blued steel spade hands. M. Cal. 6"' rectangular, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring. Movement signed. Dim. 14 x 24 mm. Thickness 6 mm.
