Notes

The Extract from the Archives states that this watch originally had a dial with Roman numerals when it was made in 1916. However, the watch was not sold until 1931 and the buyer asked Patek Phillipe to fit the watch with its present, very beautiful, dial with Breguet numerals, though the transformation was not recorded at the time.
