Two-Tone Case Patek Philippe & Co., Geneva, Switzerland, movement No. 818123, case No. 607137. Made in 1928, sold on September 9th, 1929. Very fine and very rare, rectangular, wristwatch with an 18K white and yellow gold case. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, rectangular, yellow gold sides, hinged case-back, bombé crystal. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold spade hands. M. 10''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement à moustache, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 34 x 25 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
