Two-Tone Case Patek Philippe & Co., Geneva, Switzerland, movement No. 818123, case No. 607137. Made in 1928, sold on September 9th, 1929. Very fine and very rare, rectangular, wristwatch with an 18K white and yellow gold case. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

M. 10''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement à moustache, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 34 x 25 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
