Very fine and very rare, rectangular curved wristwatch with an 18K white and yellow gold case and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe Co. buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, rectangular, curved yellow gold bezel, white gold sides and lugs, hinged yellow gold back, bombé crystal. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds and outer minute track. Yellow gold spade hands. M. 9''', frosted-gilt, 18 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, positions, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 28 x 39 mm. Thickness 8.5 mm.
