Minute-Repeater & Split-Seconds Chronograph Patek, Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 80424, retailed and cased by Tiffany & Co., New York. Made in 1888, sold on July 17th, 1889. Very fine and rare, keyless, half open face, minute-repeating, 18K pink gold pocket watch with split-seconds chronograph. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Four-body, ?bassine,? solid, polished, rectangular pusher on the band for the split-seconds function, locking bolt at 11 o'clock, concealed hinges. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute and 1/5 seconds divisions with red Arabic 5-minute/seconds markers. Blued steel spade hands. M. Cal. 16''', maillechort, fausses cotes decoration, 23 jewels, straight-line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Dial, case and movement signed Tiffany & Co. Diam. 46 mm. Thickness 14 mm.
