Notes

This is an extremely unusual object in Patek Philippe?s output and was probably made as a special order. Often with unusual pieces such as this Patek supplied the movement only (as stated in the Extract from the Archives), however in this case the silver box is fully signed on each part, making it extremely rare as an object entirely made by Patek Philippe.
