Very fine and rare, horizontal rectangular, 18K white gold lady?s driver?s-type wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe fitted box and the Extract from the Archives.

Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 26 x 16.5 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
