White Gold Art Deco Dress Watch Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneva, Switzerland, movement No. 813720, case No. 604459. Retailed by The Frank Herschede Co., Cincinnati, Ohio. Made for Chas. A. Sargeant, circa 1928. Very fine, thin, 18K white gold and enamel, keyless, Art Deco dress watch.

Three-body, ?bassine carrure ronde?, bezel and bow with black geometrical art deco enamel decoration, band with geometrical repeated pattern in high relief, back with black enamel cartouche and the name ?Chas. A. Sargeant?. D. Satine silver with applied gold Arabic numerals, outer minute dot divisions, subsidiary guilloche seconds dial. White gold Breguet hands. M. Cal. 17???, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapment, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed, movement engraved with retailer?s name Diam. 44.5 mm.
