Split-Seconds for Tiffany & Co. Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 137747, case No. 246630. Made for Tiffany & Co. in 1906, sold on February 26th, 1908. Very fine, ultra-thin, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch with split-seconds chronograph. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute track and fifths of a second divisions, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials. Blued steel poire hands. M.
