Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 136757, case No. 253088. Made for Spaulding & Co., Chicago, in 1906 and sold on June 2nd, 1908. Unusual 18K gold wristwatch converted from a fob watch with enamel dial signed H.R.Warner. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Four-body, polished, inclined hinged bezel, plain hinged back, hinged gold cuvette signed by retailer and numbered, straight lugs with spring-bars. D. White enamel with fancy Arabic numerals, outer minute track, outermost red 5 minute numerals. Gold Louis XV hands. M. 10???, nickel-plated with fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, captive barrel, wolf?s tooth winding, straight-line ?antenna? lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel overcoil balance spring, index regulator. Case stamped Patek Philippe, movement signed by manufacturer and retailer. Diam. 32 mm.
