PATEK PHILIPPE DRESS POCKET WATCH Patek, Philippe & Cie., Genève, movement No. 881692, case No. 634940. Made in 1943, sold on February 19th, 1945. Very fine, 18K yellow gold, keyless dress pocket watch. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe box and the Extract from the Archives.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, ridged band, inclined bezel, plain reverse. D. Silver with applied gold baton markers and XII numeral, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 17??-210, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, stamped with the seal of Geneva, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed Diam. 45.5 mm.
